What is Coaching?

“Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine

and at last you create what you will.”–George Bernard Shaw

How does a coach help me with my problems?

I support the goals of contemporary creatives artists and professionals as a coach.  I take the forward-moving model of coaching and combine it with research elements of psychology to help clients reach their personal goals, define their purpose, break through unconscious blocks, become self-aware and happier. As we engage in your personal and professional development, I help advance your goals through dialogue, challenging ideas and expectations, brainstorming, helping you think big and be bigger in your approach to life. I co-navigate with you so you can answer and devise plans that generate transformation.

What are some issues people have when they decide to do coaching?

Many of my clients experience one or more of these situations that lead them to coaching.  They want to:

  • claim their artistry
  • finish their projects
  • balance their interests
  • make money out of their art
  • clarify what they are doing
  • strengthen communication
  • get new skills and strategies
  • develop improved relationships
  • share what they do on a public scale

Other may struggle with stress, anxiety, fears, and other emotional, mental, physical and social blocks.

My clients look to me because my practice addresses these specific concerns, and supports improved results through the coaching modality. I am also well trained and clients feel at ease working with a seasoned professional who gets it.
